How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, American Express & MasterCard). We also accept Paypal 

Do your shirts shrink?

Our shirts are labeled pre-shrunk. However, all t-shirts may shrink when drying, so we recommend that shirts be washed inside-out (especially for the first wash) to avoid any harmful interaction with the inks during the washing and drying process.

When do I get my items after purchasing?

Each order is usually shipped in about 6 to 10 business days after the sale ends. On rare occasions, orders may take longer due to higher than expected sales, holiday scheduling or a delay with USPS. We use US Postal Service First Class Mail and US Postal Service Priority Mail for our shipments. Should you require rush delivery service. (Orders that are made for "All over print" will take  usually 2 weeks for printing, before shipping.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 200 different countries?

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we do. 

How do you print your shirts?

Our shirts are printed via DTG. We use Brother GT 381 machines with CPSIA compliant inks, which are the gold standard in the industry.

 

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the SarX facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If SarX facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer - It is best that customers contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
